Celebrating Imbolc
Imbolc greetings! Today, I'm performing shadow work with Saint Bridget of Kildare, Ireland, a Celtic triple goddess.
Imbolc is the shortest day of the year and marks the midway point between the winter and spring equinoxes. It's an excellent opportunity to undertake some shadow work and gain a more in-depth understanding of oneself.
It's such a gift to be able to celebrate the turning of the wheel of the year and moving forward with each passing season.
We learn to be more present, more appreciative of the enchantment of each season, and to have reverence for our own life cycles when we celebrate alongside nature.
Take a moment to savor the silence and expansiveness of winter before the wheel moves us towards the quickening of Imbolc, and take some time to develop your own pace of celebration. Imbolc is approaching.
xx,
Melisa
